Aston Martin has a near 60-year-long history of pairing with Italian design house Zagato, and the duo just made its most recent reveal. The Aston Martin DBS GT Zagato
(take a breath) has made its in-the-metal debut after being announced
in photos earlier this year. The new Zagato must be bought in a pair
with its reimagined retro equivalent, the DB4 GT Zagato Continuation,
and just 19 will be made to pay homage to the original 19 DB4 GTs that
were built in the 1960s. Both cars made their first real-world
appearance at the newly formed Audrain's Newport Concours in Rhode
Island.
The DBS GT Zagato is a special take on the stunning DBS Superleggera
super-GT from Aston Martin. Compared to the "standard" Superleggera,
this Aston Martin special edition car has different body panels, a front
grille made from carbon fiber with a unique cross-hatched design that
can open and close depending on the situation, and a twin-turbo V-12
that now makes 760 hp.
Inside the new Zagato you'll find 3D printed interior finishes and
gold knobs for things like the climate controls. The car featured at the
Concours was finished in Caithness Spicy Red leather that features the
customary Zagato 'Z' seat quilting. If that doesn't suit your fancy,

help you customize your DBS GT Zagato even more.
The pair comes
with an eye-watering price tag of more than $7.5 million total. Not
exactly a bargain, but if you had the money, the beautiful DB4 GT
Continuation might make it worth your while.
